Melisse leads the Innovation Team at Datavations. The team drives new product development, champions customer engagement, and delivers highly accurate and actionable data and insights.
Prior to Datavations, she led the Retail Consulting team at Numerator and advised the overall retailer engagement strategy. The team drove retail growth by identifying where and how loyal and non-loyal customers shopped across all channels. Before joining Numerator, she worked with Nielsen retail clients. This is where she became passionate about prescriptive and predictive insights and designing analytics products that empower users to make data driven decisions and drive action. With 13+ years of working in the retail and CPG space, her experience touches many segments of retail, including Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales.
Melisse has an Executive MBA from Notre Dame and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
