Jeff Williams is CEO and Principal of Fair Warning Consulting LLC, offering strategic growth advisory for retail, CPG, eCommerce, and technology or service provider companies. He has over 20 years of transformational leadership experience and has architected, executed, and scaled commercial go-to-market strategies, new operating models, first-in-market technologies, investment strategies, market expansions, new business vertical entry, and industry-leading data monetization partnerships. Jeff also serves on several boards, including with industry associations, providing strategic oversight in support of the leadership efforts.
Previously, Jeff was Chief Retail Officer at Quotient Technologies tasked with leading the complete commercial transformation in support of a successful 2023 acquisition exit. Jeff served as Chief Commercial Officer at Replenium, responsible for the commercial and marketing strategy, retail and CPG client relationships, and industry partnerships. Jeff also held various executive roles at NielsenIQ, including as Senior Vice President of U.S. Retail, Amazon Global, and Industry Relations. In this role, he led the industry's first measurement and monetization efforts to activate six new channels of trade, including dollar, pet, and Amazon globally. Jeff began his career at Acosta Sales & Marketing, managing trade promotion and distribution efforts for some of the largest retailers and CPG companies.
